About the film:
While most children go on their summer vacations every year, Basri heads to the Macedonian mountains for the summer. His family has been involved in shepherding for generations. The tradition is continued by his three older brothers, who take care of hundreds of sheep and cows, protected from wolves by loyal Šarplaninci. This summer, Basri tries to learn the job from his brothers. He enjoys the wilderness and the feeling of freedom, and faces the challenges of the ruthless nature, far away from the adult world. For him, it is a dream life, while his two oldest brothers struggle with uncertainty about their future.
