The low stem of bare dremote (Cruciata glabra) is, in keeping with its name, normally completely bare. The stem is leafed with small, oval leaves arranged in whorls. In each whorl there are four three-veined leaves. Also the inflorescences of small four-merous flowers are arranged in the whorls in the leaf axils of the stem leaves. The peduncles of its light-green flowers are bare, and the flowers are without bracts.
Gola dremota is a common and widely distributed plant in Slovenia.
