Rumeno milje (Paederota lutea) v polnem cvetu.

Family: črnobinovke (Scrophulariaceae)
Flowering time: April–August
Size: 10–20 cm
Habitat: rock crevices, scree and rocky outcrops

Yellow milje (Paederota lutea) is a herbaceous perennial that every spring sends up numerous erect stems. Leaves on the stem are opposite. They are 3 to 7 cm long. Short-pedicellate pale yellow flowers on the top of the stem form a cymose inflorescence. The tubular corolla is only slightly shorter than the stamens. The calyx is five-lobed.

Yellow milje is tied to carbonate substrates and generally thrives at higher elevations. Its distribution area covers the Southern Limestone Alps of Slovenia, Italy and Austria, with isolated populations also occurring in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Slovenia it can be found in the Alpine, subalpine and Dinaric realms and in Zasavje.
