For slender-leaved willowherb (Chamerion angustifolium) the characteristic is an about 3 cm wide, spreading pink crown and downward-curved stamens. The petals are four, narrowed to a claw. The plants are very conspicuous, as the flowers are arranged in a long raceme. Leaves are spirally arranged, lanceolate and with reticulate venation on the underside, 1–3 cm wide. It is more commonly found in northern Slovenia, especially in Pohorje, where it is called ciproš.
