In the embrace of the forest by Lake Cerknica, under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will learn the basics of carving and make your own wooden spoon step by step.
The experience includes:
- learning the basics of traditional wood carving,
- choosing a suitable piece of wood and using tools safely,
- practical making of a wooden spoon under professional guidance,
- learning simple techniques and useful carving tricks,
- sanding and protecting the product with natural oil.
The work takes place in an outdoor classroom, in the middle of the forest right next to Lake Cerknica. The natural environment encourages creativity, calms the mind and allows you to get away from the everyday pace for a few hours.
After the session, you will relax and exchange impressions over a cup of herbal tea, and take home a unique handmade wooden spoon - a lasting and useful memory of the experience.
