We are people from Notranjska region, we are an artistic nation. And Butalci are also from Notranjska. That's why we just need a large space to turn into a gallery. The former Brest Salon is perfect for this. We usually open the exhibition on Maundy Thursday, but what if there are so many events during Carnival week that one simply can't attend them all. So we said it would be best to open the exhibition earlier. Let's say on the Tuesday before Shrovetide, when we all still have enough time to see in peace what the successors of the Čačka painter have prepared for us this time.
The exhibition will open on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 6 pm in the former Brest Salon (Cesta 4. maja 18).
The exhibition will be on display throughout the Shrovetide week, including Shrovetide Sunday and Shrovetide Tuesday, and after Shrovetide from 7 am to 4 pm, until the end of March.
