LIFE TRŠCA: Bear's Bath

A bear lies in a shallow stream surrounded by greenery. The water flows calmly, and trees and bushes grow along the banks.

Animals aren’t spared the summer heat either. Just like humans, they seek out ways to cool down.

As part of the LIFE TRŠCA project, a camera trap used for nature conservation monitoring at Lake Cerknica captured a rare and delightful moment: a bear cooling off with a splash and a dip in a refreshing spring.

Watch the video to see this incredible encounter with one of nature’s most iconic animals enjoying a moment of relief from the heat.
