The contest is intended for preschool and school children and students, and we invite different age groups to participate in various forms of artistic expression. Kindergarten children and children in the first three years of primary school can participate with artwork, children in the second three years of primary school with literary works, and children in the third three years of primary school and secondary school students with photography.
The theme of this year's competition is "If I were a bird." Let your imagination run wild and imagine what it would be like to be a bird. Where would you fly, what dizzying descents would you make through the air, where would you build your nest, in hot Africa or on Lake Cerknica?
The deadline for submitting entries is May 23, 2025. Parents and mentors, don't forget to obtain consent for the publication of the entries, as they will all be displayed on the LIFE TRŠCA project website. The winners of the competition will be announced on June 16, 2025. The winning entries will be selected by a professional jury. Three authors of the best works in each category (art, literature, photography) will be awarded.
All submitted works will also be displayed on the LIFE TRŠCA project page. All participants will receive certificates of participation.
