Various providers have prepared diverse holiday childcare programmes for children, where they will discover the rich diversity of nature through play, socialising, and hands-on experiences while enjoying summer days in our truly special corner of the world.

SATIA Institute: Unforgettable countryside summer camps – digital detox
SATIA Institute organises a unique summer camp in nature, where children experience a week full of fun, learning, and exploration. Each day includes workshops, free play, sports activities, interaction with animals, forest pedagogy, and “survivor” skills. Children create, cook, relax, observe the stars, and enjoy evenings around the campfire.
The programme runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and is suitable for children and teenagers aged 8 to 17.

Prostorček
Prostorček is once again preparing fun and engaging holiday childcare programmes for children this summer. Each week brings a variety of activities that encourage creativity, movement, exploration, curiosity, and social interaction. The day begins with the “Morning Spark” – yoga, breathing, and movement – and ends with the “Calming Spark”, dedicated to relaxation and reading.
The programme includes sports activities, outdoor games, creative and cooking workshops, musical and brain-training activities, storytelling sessions, and plenty of free play. Alongside high-quality activities, they also provide healthy meals and unforgettable summer experiences.
The programme runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is intended for children aged 4 to 12.

At Neverland, children can enjoy a varied outdoor programme that combines play, learning, and socialising in a natural environment. Through diverse activities, children strengthen their physical abilities, develop creativity, and gain new knowledge and skills. Special emphasis is placed on cooperation, building friendships, and encouraging independence. Every day, children spend plenty of time outdoors with their peers, creating unforgettable memories together.

Center za mlade Petka
This summer, Center za mlade Petka is once again preparing unforgettable holiday experiences for children who want to spend their summer actively, creatively, and in the company of friends. The programme offers a vibrant mix of sports, creative, and social activities that encourage imagination, physical skills, and social development.
Each holiday week includes creative workshops, outdoor activities, and a visit to a youth film or cartoon screening at the Cerknica Cultural Centre. Once a week, children also go on a special bus adventure trip.
The programme runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and welcomes children who have completed grades 1 to 5 of primary school.
