Notranjska kuhna, run by Florjan Žnidaršič, offers a modern approach to Inner Carniolan cuisine, where local traditions intertwine with carefully selected contemporary influences. The focus is on fresh, homemade dishes prepared from seasonal ingredients, preserving the character of local flavours while keeping pace with modern everyday life.
The offer is based on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and simple yet thoughtfully prepared dishes that provide a balanced and tasty meal. The emphasis is on accessibility and speed, without compromising on quality.
Lunches are available every Tuesday and Wednesday between 10:00 and 13:00. In good weather, meals can also be enjoyed outdoors at high tables in front of the venue.
In addition to their regular offer, they also provide catering services in the Cerknica area and its surroundings, accommodating events for up to approximately 50 people.
