Pale-yellow Corydalis (Pseudofumaria alba) is a perennial that overwinters in the shelter of the soil, and in spring from the rhizome sends up several stems with distinctive, deeply lobed leaves. At the top of the stems, in panicles, develop small pale yellowish-white flowers, which are bright yellow at the tips. It thrives on calcareous substrates, but is limited to the southern and southeastern parts of Slovenia.
