Toothed meadow-rue (Thalictrum lucidum) is a perennial with a densely branched inflorescence. The flowers have protruding yellowish stamens, giving the flower its distinctive shape. The dark-green leaves are glossy on the upper side. The plant has no underground tubers. It occurs in sunny spots scattered across Slovenia, but only thrives on moist soils.
